We've been continuously active since our first listing in March 2016, through the 2020 oil shock, the pandemic, and the ITC regulatory expansion. Between 500 and 1,000 listings every year for six consecutive years.

Your name. The title deed. For ever.

Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITC) are purpose-designated zones in Oman where non-Omani nationals can purchase real estate on full freehold terms. Not leasehold, not a 99-year arrangement. Your name on the title deed, with the same ownership rights as any Omani. Ownership also qualifies for a renewable residency visa.

Tamlik specializes in these zones. We've represented clients across every major ITC development in Muscat since the first listings hit the market, and we built our database to follow the regulations rather than dodge them.

08 · Origin

Four founders. A pandemic. A decade of data.

Tamlik's modern chapter began in 2019, four of us, no capital, and within months, a global pandemic that was supposed to kill any young brokerage.

We survived it because we had data nobody else did. Our unified listings book already went back to 2016. When Muscat's market froze in Q2 2020, we were the firm that still knew what was actually trading.

"The four of us walked into 2020 with a database older than the company. That's the only reason we walked out."

Since then we've grown to more than fifty people across brokerage, property management, marketing, and technology. We now operate as one of the longest-standing digital-first real estate firms in the Sultanate, with a listings database that has outlived three market cycles and one pandemic.

We still work like it's year one. That's the point.
